Refund policy

The goal of SookieMoonpie is customer satisfaction.  Ordering online can be tricky since you can't try on the items or feel the fabrics.  We do not issue refunds, but items can be returned for store credit.  We will issue the store credit via email and they do not expire.  Please always save your email with your store credit number.  We will not replace store credit that is lost or misplaced.  

All returns must be received within 14 days of the date we ship your order.  We are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit.  Because of this we suggest you insure your items you ship back to us.  This will provide you with recourse with the shipping company you choose.  You will be responsible for the shipping costs back to SookieMoonpie.

To return an item by mail please highlight or circle the items on the packing slip you wish to return.  Please include the packing slip and the original receipt inside the package and mail to:

Anything purchased at a discounted /Final sale is not eligible for returns.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original new condition, and with original tags still attached.  Items must be free from make-up stains from the trying on process as well.  Also, please be aware if items are returned with cigarette smoke, odors, strong perfume scents, deodorant or make-up, and jewelry snags, etc. we will not accept the return and you will be responsible for the the shipping cost to return items back to you.  SookieMoonpie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements.

We do not accept the returns of jewelry unless the item was damaged by us.  

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part.

Please allow SookieMoonpie 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.  

If you believe your item is received damaged or defective, please email us immediately at info@sookiemoonpie.com.  All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Exchanges may not be possible as the items may no longer be available so please contact us immediately if you need to exchange for a different size.
